SOLAR COOKER

Similar to the solar cooker, the immersion heater is a heating device, again using diodes, but this time the diodes are wrapped in copper wire inserted in aluminum tubing, filled with mortar- a thermally conductive material- instead of directly glued on the pot. The inside of the tube is also covered in a JB Weld and acetone mixture to prevent shorting of the diodes. The pot is then immersed in a container, covered with wool acting as thermal insulation. The immersion heater would provide a more technical solution for families that wish to continue to use their home pots or multiple pots, as well as facilitating the cleaning of the pot.
